Buzzing About the Bee

During my recent Bohol trip, my brothers and their wives (all based in Bohol) brought me for dinner one time at Bohol Bee Farm in Dauis, Panglao Island. It’s been a couple of years since I last visited the place and I quickly noticed some changes. For one, a pool has been added in and their shop showcasing their organic farm products as well as other pretty souvenirs now has a bigger space. I must say that I love their products and I bought some pasalubong (take home gift) and souvenirs for the hubby who did not come with me on this trip. I bought their natural tea products and their natural honey spread.
Dinner that night was also good. Aside from their regular menu, they also had a special menu for the day which we chose to order. This consisted of sea food. Bohol Bee Farm also has a wide range of  organic tea and juices to choose from. I must also add that they have a cool selection of ice cream flavors which includes malunggay and even tomatoes! And they taste good!
We enjoyed the view of the sea while having  dinner. Family bonding, I must say, is somehow enhanced when we have some great food in a cool farm this side of the world.
P.S. By the way, Bohol Bee Farm also has rooms available for travelers romancing Bohol. They also have a branch at the Island City Mall (ICM) in Bohol’s capital city, Tagbilaran.
